The National Shrine of Our Mother of Perpetual Help in Baclaran is a global center of Marian devotion. Every Wednesday, up to 150,000 devotees gather for the Novena. Throughout the week, day and night, the shrine welcomes millions of pilgrims, visitors, and tourists yearly — a grace-filled reality known as the Baclaran Phenomenon.
